We created our loyalty program with Smile. Our customers love it and the design is very easy for them to understand and navigate. I was experiencing trouble “spending” points through the POS but Maggie found the issue and fixed it for me within minutes! Very helpful customer service, definitely recommend. Thanks again, Maggie!

Writing this review based on the setup process. . . we are just implementing, and we'll see how it goes. Maggie was a great help in walking me through final setup tweaks via Chat. Great to have someone there live to check to make sure you're good to go live! So far so great!

I spent 2-3 hours looking for and testing all other options for mainly a rewards app for our store. After testing all of them I found Smile.io to be the best. The UX and features available for the free plan were by far the best from all other options. We are very happy so far after using this app for close to a week now. Also, the added benefit of the referral program make this a game changer. I've been looking for something like this for a long time now and happy that smile.io has created this. Thank you!

This is a great program. The interface is very intuitive and well designed. We have used a few different apps but this one stands out!

We started this app to hone in on some repeat customer business and really give back to the customers that have been with us from the start... Could not be happier...seriously...The ability to reward has enhanced our customer relationships like nothing else. Maggie helped us out with our migration from Big Commerce and settling into Shopify. She also got us right where we need to be with our plan. Thank YOu Maggie

Fantastic app - good customer service and it currently does everything we need to keep our customers coming back to us! Angie has been a massive help to use when we needed support.

Still figuring everything out in regards to the API but the basic setup is great and our customers are already loving it. Support has been very active with us, a big thanks to Shaun, Roel, and Lauren for their quick responses and excellent demeanour.

Still exploring everything the app can do for us, but so far so good! The support team (especially Maggie and dev Roel) are super supportive - ha! Very attentive and helpful.

We have been using Smile for several years now, we needed to make some tweaks to the program and the customer service support we received was 1st class (thanks Jade). Very happy with this app.

This app is great! What's even better though is their customer service. I would like to thank Maggie for all her help, rest assure she will find a solution for you. They say that they respond within a day, Maggie responded within 10 minutes... Keep up the great work
