This App is very useful, we are using it for encourage profitable actions that drive customer loyalty by issuing points.

Easy to set up, very flexible, even with the basic service. Promoted it with one email blast, tweet, and facebook post and got 50+ people signed up the first day it launched! Looking forward to building our audience with this tool. 6/21 So far so good, steady increase in participants.

I'd like to have been able to award 10 stars. I have done hours of research into all the various loyalty programs, understanding nothing is more important to a store than their customers, and how we treat them is a defining factor in our store's amazing success. Not only is the app features second to none, and the code does not interfere with the delicate and complex coding we have developed, the team at Smile have given 110% to ensure this program exceeds all our expectations. Do yourself a huge favour. Run with Smile, and you will forever be rewarded (pardon the pub) with positive reinforcement for your decision. The customer service with Smile is awesome. I have been using the loyalty rewards program for about a month and it's already helped sales take off. When I decided to move into the referrals side I was a bit confused. So I got on the live chat (which by the way is an awesome function) and I started talking with Abby. After my many many questions we had everything set up and I was good to go! She was a great help and I hope I can work with her more in the future. So Far so good, I have spent this morning setting up and adding bulk discounts which can be found and explained by a video tutorial. I am now manually adding additional points to my big spending customers. We have without this app got a huge loyal following and returning purchasers, hopefully, this will increase my social share and attract new loyal customers to come on join us on our Rew clothing journey. Well two days in and my customers are loving it will keep updating, I have also just installed the YOTPO review app to work along side the loyalty program.fingers crossed this brings in new and more revenue. Our customers love their Jar Bucks reward points! Our rewards system entices people to create accounts on our web page. This is great for capturing website traffic info that can be used for automated marketing. In addition the points all us to execute great win back campaigns after customers have not purchased for an x amount of time.
