Fab app, needed a bit of help in the beginning but the Help desk was always swift and helpful. Highly recommended. Our customers like having the rewards, and particularly like saving up for the higher values, so don't be afraid to have three or four stepped rewards. The only thing that did slow us down was working out the maths behind everything....ie, the value of our product's 'points' vs the value of the rewards 'points' is actually a complicated algorythm, and you want to get it right before you launch. Sweettooth offers a good tutorial on this, but if maths isn't your strong suit, and you start to go cross-eyed, best to talk to someone who really understands the difference between the value of the points earned and the value of the points spent, and how this applies to your business model. This could make or break your program's success. UPDATE: Needed help with positioning the app logo to avoid overlapping with another information box, and once more the Help Desk was super quick and helpful.

Great App. Very easy to use. You can have your rewards / points program up and running in a very short time. At the time of this review the first 500 members are free. You can't beat that!!! What are you waiting for. Just do it. Install it now.

The Shopify setup was seamless. I'm really impressed with the program and have been using the paid version for several months. The Smile update a few months ago was super clutch too. If you have a Shopify business, definitely start with the free version. See how your customers react and then get the paid one. You will only get good results out of it if you actually put work into it. The app doesn't just grow once it's installed. and if you need any help figuring out best practices, the customer service is great. I've spoken with Maggie and Elli on many occasions and they are quick to respond and help get things done easily. Not trying to sell them. Just letting you know that this program works, it's reasonably priced and integrates with the top apps like Klaviyo, Yotpo, Shopify, and more.

The best loyalty app on the market for two reasons: 1. The software actually works 2. The customer service is SPECTACULR (yes we spell it that way). The team even bought from our store. Can't recommend enough.

Extremely EASY to setup. If all the App can be setup the way Sweet Tooth app has step by step setup!

Sweet Tooth has been exceeding our expectations with its conversions, customer support and simplicity. One of the features that we enjoy is the analytics, which was what won us over. The interface is simple to use, and the program automatically generates rewards for our customers so we don't have to worry about monitoring the process. We definitely recommend giving this application a shot and chat with their sales team to lock in a plan that works best for you!

It's only early days for us with this platform, but so far, so good! The onboarding process was fantastic and the support and sales staff are very prompt in assisting any of the setup and issues you may have. Just a heads up, but make sure you read the placeholder text for the Explainer page carefully, and make it your own - there's a few grammatical errors and company references in the dummy text Sweet Tooth provides ;) Look forward to how this expands our customer retention.
