Set up was easy and quick. Integration was seamless. Support is super fast and friendly. Maggie helped me solve a user issue that a customer was having. I'm always grateful for screen shots when getting support and she was quick to include them. Loved how quickly she helped me fix my problem. Thank you!

Lynn, Abby and the team at Smile.io are amazing! Abby was quick to help me in the chat online and I was able to get the answers I needed right away. Toward the end of our chat, she casually mentions that a customer just made a repeat order on my site. I've only had this app installed a week and it's working beautifully! Thank you Smile.io!

Incredible. Since installing this app a few weeks ago, I've collected more email addresses, had more social shares, and experienced more sales than I ever imagined. I've been able to engage more with my customers to discuss the program. I've also been able to ditch my clunky affiliate program and take advantage of the referral functionality. I'm looking forward to seeing what this app does for my business over the coming months, and I'm still on the free plan!

The implementation of this program was very easy to set up and make live. After testing the program before launching the new site, we had to reach out to customer service with a few questions. Elli was phenomenal to work with! She quickly addressed our concerns and found a solution that resolved the issue. The level of checks and balances that are built into this program to help avoid user misuse of the rewards program was well designed and developed. Using the rewards program with the referral program provides cohesion to a strong customer incentive program implementation. Due to Elli's care, attention to detail and followup; our marketing of this program is able to proceed without any delay. Thank you Elli! Your professionalism was greatly appreciated! I've been using this for a year or so now and I love it. The only complaint that I have is that you can't redeem points in store without an email address. A lot of my in store customers prefer to give their phone number. Would be awesome if this could be a feature sometime.

Easy to set up, very flexible, even with the basic service. Promoted it with one email blast, tweet, and facebook post and got 50+ people signed up the first day it launched! Looking forward to building our audience with this tool. 6/21 So far so good, steady increase in participants.

I'd like to have been able to award 10 stars. The customer service with Smile is awesome. I have been using the loyalty rewards program for about a month and it's already helped sales take off. When I decided to move into the referrals side I was a bit confused. So I got on the live chat (which by the way is an awesome function) and I started talking with Abby. After my many many questions we had everything set up and I was good to go! She was a great help and I hope I can work with her more in the future.
