Definitely a "Best of Shopify" in our opinion. This app is OUTSTANDING, and not just because of the user-friendliness, awesome features or great functionality, but also because of the customer service. We've interacted primarily with Elli and Kellen, both of whom are absolute rock stars. They've been incredibly helpful and responsive, which is particularly helpful for new Shopify store owners who are busy trying to launch and grow a business. Elli even helped us design and build this beautiful explainer page :-) https://vegetableandbutcher.com/pages/welcome-to-the-loyalty-program. We highly recommend Sweet Tooth for anyone interested in an app that offers loyalty AND referral marketing, and for anyone who needs integration with both Shopify AND ReCharge. There aren't many apps on the market that integrate with both Shopify and ReCharge for referral marketing. In fact, outside of Sweet Tooth, we couldn't find one...

This app is wonderful!! My favorite feature is that all our customers are known, even if they have created an account or not. That way when they do go back and create an account all their prior purchases automatically get added so you don't have to do it manually! We have had great success with our customers using this app!

I'm not very tech savvy, so I was a bit leary of trying this app. However, the idea of rewarding my customers was too good to pass up. I was very impressed with the user friendliness of this app. As well, the video tutorials really helped me out. I would recommend doing the set up from a PC or MAC versus an ipad or other tablet. It will be much easier for you. If in doubt, watch the videos....if you're still not sure, contact them.

So far working great, just opened my boutique in house and online a week ago and have 32 subscribers so far! Easy to set up and love the customization of colors.

It really was a breeze to setup. I'm using the free version at the moment (Mar. 22, 2017) but I plan on upgrading as soon as I see visitors signing up for the loyalty program!
