Updated to 5 stars. I accidentally deleted this app. I got Shopify's team to help me track it down and thankfully re-activated it. One huge bonus was they kept my program paused, so my customer's points were all safely saved! YAY!!!! This is a super sweet app! One star off as I was hoping to customize the order of the list of the rewards that pop up. I am looking to increase social media engagement and shopping, so I'd like those two to be the top two icons for the rewards. Else everything in this works fantastically. Especially the customer service is amazing!

When I reached out to Smile using their easy, and very easy to find, chat function, Jade was very responsive and helpful. They were able to provide screenshots and very easy to follow directions to help with my needs. I truly appreciate their help and will be using this function in the future due to the expedited response time. I also appreciate their efforts to make me smile and laugh on this Friday morning! It did not go unnoticed! Thank you, Jade!

So many options to reward customers for their purchases. Sweettooth is one of the best user friendly apps I've used yet.

So far, Its been pretty painless to setup. We haven't had anyone actively use it yet, however. I may post an updated review in the future if they do. Update: The App works wonderfully, and the customer service is top notch!

WARNING - This is Old Review: Excellent App. We use it for our store ; and all our Loyal Customers take benefit of the Rewards we offer. New Review: Completely disappointed with the downgrading based on a Notice and Warning without any reason. Following message appears: "This is our mistake and we completely accept responsibility. These advanced Sweet Tooth features need to be switched to use the coupon upload tool before Friday November 11th." We have been using and also recommended the app to several others, but now with this kind of stunt I guess will have to Remove it. Also will not recommend and ask others as well. Already have Loyal Customers using it, its going to Impact our TRUST and LOYALTY as you a lot.

Super easy to set up - I can't believe it really. Now, I'm just hoping my customers will use it and like the rewards we're giving them.
