Works great! I love the flexibility this app gives me! Support is awesome! They usually reply promptly. With sweet tooth I can give people points if a product wasn't quite 100% as a refund. Being in the agriculture / food industry they can't simply send the product back, so it works awesome to refund that way! I have many happy customers with this program!!

So far, I'm seeing lots of sign-ups, yet to see much returning customers. Not the fault of the app definitely, but definitely need help tweaking.

Fantastic app and very easy to use with a simple, clean admin. I'm excited to upgrade when the demand gets there. This is the choice app for loyalty programs.

Great app for keeping our customers for buying diamond jewelry - from Valentines Day gifts to engagement rings, wedding rings and then anniversary gifts. Sweet Tooth keeps us top of mind when it comes to fine jewelry.

Sweet Tooth has really helped me keep up with rewarding my customers. With the NEW free features, I am really LOVING the app. We are a small business so paying for a service is really not in our budget now. Sweet Tooth gives us that professional extra touch with ease!

My customers get excited about sweet tooth! They love racking up and points. The set up was easy and it has helped my business grow and now they have included social media likes in the free version. It just keeps getting better!!!

EDIT 03/22/2016 - 30 days being used. This app takes time to see the return on investment, but I'm determined this is going to drive conversion and build loyalty with our customers. We had a unique scenario and reached out to support and they responded within 24 hours. Really makes life easier having great customer service. Will update again! ORIGINAL REVIEW - Smooth User Interface. Easy to use. Clear directions. Quick Support Communication. I mean what more could you possibly ask for? I looked at different options for loyalty rewards apps and settled on this one. I feel fortunate that I did because it's been great so far!

We've only had this for around 2 weeks, but we're getting really positive feedback from customers regarding this scheme, I think it will be very popular and is sure to help out with customer retention.

Just getting started using the app but looking great so far. Wish there was level between free and basic for start up's that would allow social and referral rewards to help drive customers without costing to much per month. To help grow the business.

Its early days for us and this app but right away its incredibly easy to use and incorporates the functionality of several different apps that we had been considering for loyalty/rewards/referral. It slots itself effortlessly into our Shopify site and looks really clean and presentable even with the Sweettooth branding visible (we are on a basic paid plan, not one of the premium paid plans). We are just finalising the configuration process and will officially launch this weekend... We'll report back in a few weeks
