Sweet Tooth has been really easy to install, update and work with. It looks good, and great support so far. Abby was very helpful today in reminding me exactly how to import new codes when mine ran out :)

So far so good, however it does need a bit of design work as it can cover the checkout button on mobile. I'd suggest changing from being bottom full width to a circle with an Icon representing rewards and it could animate once to unravel click here for rewards then roll back to a sphere.

This is very tough to review because I give the free version 5 stars. What an amazing program! Very well done and so cool but the jump to the next level after free is insane. From FREE to $60/month .... $200/month ... $400/month!!!??? I was expecting you can have the free version and after that you could perhaps just pay $60 to unlock the next level, but $60 a month!? I think the company would actual generate more profit selling 1 time upgrades over monthly plans. I just couldn't imagine spending $400 a month on this. A retailer must now sell an additional $1,000 in revenue per month just to break even on this plan and then more to turn a profit. I can't even use my own logo with the free version and I couldn't imagine spending $60/month. Great idea but for at least $720 a year just so I can have my own logo displayed I don't see the value in that.

We have been using this app for a couple months now and it has proven to be a great way to engage our customers more with our business and it definitely helps to get a lot of returning customers. The customer support has been great as well, we have loved working with the Sweet Tooth team.

Kellen and the support team are very helpful and responsive in getting everything set up so you don't have to worry about missing anything or not setting it up properly. Great support and I'm pleased with the app so far. We just launched, so I'll update again once we've been up for a while.

Excellent, excellent app. I've tried all of the customer relationship apps available for Shopify, and nothing comes close to being as thorough and well implemented as Sweet Tooth. It's been on my shop dappernotes.com for a bit now, and the response is already great. Plus: you can't beat a thoughtful pricing model like this one: if you have enough active customers, then the monthly fee is a drop in the bucket to keep them coming back. Finally: the customer service response is AMAZING. And when it comes to putting anything on my website, having a product with a real dedicated team makes all the difference in the world.
