It's incredible how much functionality is packed in, allowing me to start building a loyalty program without any upfront costs. But what truly sets Smile.io apart is their exceptional customer service. I recently ran into a tricky issue, and Angie from the support team was an absolute star. She was quick, incredibly helpful, and patiently walked me through the steps to resolve everything. It's rare to find such dedicated support, especially when you're on a free plan.
