Smile is truly amazing. We do love the app that genuinely care about their customers. Many thanks for Lynn, Erza, and Andrea for being super responsive, patient, and helpful every single time to guide us through setting up our loyalty program. And thanks to Cole and Karen cuz they really listen to what we need, help us improve, and always help us get the most out of the app. Honestly, it feels less like working with an app provider and more like having teammates who have your back. Highly recommend!

Erin was absolutely fantastic! She not only quickly understood the issue I was having but also explained exactly why it was happening in a way that was easy to understand. She walked me through the solution step-by-step, stayed friendly and patient the entire time, and even made sure to confirm everything was working perfectly before wrapping up. Her communication was clear, her expertise was obvious, and her positive attitude made the whole process a breeze.
