Love this app, makes my customers feel involved. Love this App, mad at myself for not using it before!

Horrible product. Stay away. I have installed it and tried to use it, but I keep getting errors when trying to log into their system. I have tried changing my password and I get caught in an endless reset loop, with the new password not working. I have tried contacting them and gotten no reply.

When I reached out to Smile using their easy, and very easy to find, chat function, Jade was very responsive and helpful. They were able to provide screenshots and very easy to follow directions to help with my needs. I truly appreciate their help and will be using this function in the future due to the expedited response time. I also appreciate their efforts to make me smile and laugh on this Friday morning! It did not go unnoticed! Thank you, Jade!

i have just set up the sweet tooth reward program for my store http://hotro.myshopify.com and am so stoked to start using this app. I have read so many positive reviews on the program I cant wait to see it in action.

So many options to reward customers for their purchases. Sweettooth is one of the best user friendly apps I've used yet.

So far, Its been pretty painless to setup. We haven't had anyone actively use it yet, however. I may post an updated review in the future if they do. Update: The App works wonderfully, and the customer service is top notch!

Super easy to configure, took me 10 minutes. A bit disappointed in how little you can customize the design on the free app, looking forward to upgrading as soon as I hit 500 clients and seeing what else they've got.

WARNING - This is Old Review: Excellent App. We use it for our store ; and all our Loyal Customers take benefit of the Rewards we offer. New Review: Completely disappointed with the downgrading based on a Notice and Warning without any reason. Following message appears: "This is our mistake and we completely accept responsibility. These advanced Sweet Tooth features need to be switched to use the coupon upload tool before Friday November 11th." We have been using and also recommended the app to several others, but now with this kind of stunt I guess will have to Remove it. Also will not recommend and ask others as well. Already have Loyal Customers using it, its going to Impact our TRUST and LOYALTY as you a lot.
