Literally the best customer support f any company...EVER! This company goes above and beyond to help with issues - even if the issues are caused by your developer! I would give 10 stars if i could!

Easy setup and great customer service/technical support from Elli when I made and error and couldn't figure out what was wrong. I will be starting this app on my online boutique next month so looking forward to seeing how this works with my customers.

Pretty simple set up, in app support as well. but kind of a long wait for response to questions. And it doesn't automatically update points for existing or previous orders.. But you can manually enter points. Which is a big plus.

Easy to use app and support is outstanding! They are very responsive. We switched from another app due to lack of support. There was one feature that we had in the older app that ST didn't have. We put in a request and their engineering team had functionality ready in less than a week! Special thanks to Bill and Alex for your help. So excited to relaunch our rewards program!
