Worth while app for customer return

Pretty good app, but I would like to be able to reward certain customers (specifically ambassadors promoting my jewelry) free product as well based on how many referred. Also, I would like to be able to see which ambassador the coupon code used on my site was linked to. i.e. which customer referred them. Lastly, I would like to be able to reward points based on amount of order that was referred. I don't want to give $5 off (500 points) of a $10 order, but I would on a $100 order and so on. Works great! I love the flexibility this app gives me! Support is awesome! They usually reply promptly. With sweet tooth I can give people points if a product wasn't quite 100% as a refund. Being in the agriculture / food industry they can't simply send the product back, so it works awesome to refund that way! I have many happy customers with this program!!

So far, I'm seeing lots of sign-ups, yet to see much returning customers. Not the fault of the app definitely, but definitely need help tweaking.

Fantastic app and very easy to use with a simple, clean admin. I'm excited to upgrade when the demand gets there. This is the choice app for loyalty programs.
