So far, so good! We are switching from one Rewards Program to Smile, and Jade was wonderful with helping me overcome obstacles about starting, and Andreandana was helpful with answering a question we had about set up.

This app is easy to implement and customize with a variety of rewards for customers. The support team is quick to respond to questions with several solutions for our program.

Great customer service. Shelby was very knowledgeable and kinds. The app is easy to navigate. Wish I could change the name of the loyalty program and look of it without upgrading though.

The customer support is exceptional—they consistently resolve any issues and respond to my inquiries quickly. A special shout-out to Erin, who went above and beyond in helping me with a recent discount issue. Her responsiveness and helpfulness truly made a difference. Highly recommend it!

The most comprehensive rewards app out there. Very easy to set up and blends seamlessly with any theme. Support is superb! Special thanks to Ezra, Maggie, Andreandana and Jade. The whole team is very responsive, provides first touch-point resolution and checks in if everything has been resolved. Highly recommended!
