Shelby and Erin have been amazing over the support chat with any questions or issues we came across when intergrating with other softwares - which was super easy to navigate through with the directions from the team. David has also been a great help, once we installed the app he arranged a google meet to go through all the details we needed and shared with us reccomendations based on our store and targets. I highly recommend using the app it is really simple to manage and the team are on hand always to help with any questions you have.

After reviewing carefully several loyalty program apps, Smile appeared to be the best one for our Shopify store needs. Plenty of options to customize the program and adapt it to our brand, business activity and audience. Sophisticated features but simple to setup and use. No coding or computer knowledge needed. And their customer support is just 5-star service! No silly Ai, but real agents who care. Erin and Lisa have been amazingly patient with us and very helpful. We definitely recommend this app and their staff support.
