Brandon helped me with my questions today. Very quick response time, answered my question simply and even gave me all the neccesary links to create a QR code to refer people to sign up whilst shopping in store. 10/10 service

I’ve just downloaded the app, using the free version and so far so good. Really easy to set up & looks beneficial for customer loyalty. I have to say Lisa from customer service was extremely helpful when I used the live chat. I don’t often leave reviews, however i was so impressed I thought it was important to do so, she is a credit to the company.

After using various reward apps for years I always struggled to find an easy way to set up my program and user interfaces were always confusing. Smile made it easy to set up my store within minutes and start building lifetime value for my clients.
