Easy installation and excellent customer service from Hannah with onboarding and from Lynn with customer support - very prompt responses, going above and beyond. Have not had the app go live yet to comment on full functionality.

I’ve been using smile for the past 3 years. It’s a simple way to reward your loyal customers and can be used to drive sales really well. I’ve enjoyed using it to build my email list as well. Recently my store has seen huge growth and has pushed me over the starter package limit. Hanna was super helpful to help me no go over budget and keep the program running. I definitely recommend this app if you are interested in growing a loyal customer base.
