I spoke to Hannah from the Smile.io customer support team and Hannah was such a gem!! She explained everything to me, helped me with my MILLION questions and was able to guide me through the set up process. Thank you Hannah! It was such a pleasure and delight working with you. If I require help again, I sure look forward to connecting again!

We've used Smile for a while and customers appear to enjoy the rewards on offer. However it's their support service which is really great for us - we had questions around how to optimise our programme and we were shown lots of quick, easy ways to surface the programme on site... with no coding required! Perfect! Super helpful team of experts.
