Edit - new interaction was with Joana J and she has been great with all my questions and continues to make me a very happy small shop to use Smile!!! The customer service continues to go above and beyond.

Been using this app for over a year and not only is it super easy to use and accurate, the customer service is TOP NOTCH! Smile.io is the only reward system I will recommend. Great job Smile.io Team!
