They were responsive, knowledgeable, and provided clear solutions to our questions and challenges. We especially appreciate their patience and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a successful data transfer by reinstalling the app; in which resolved the concern. These options all provide positive feedback while highlighting the value of the support received. You can choose the option that best reflects your specific experience and desired level of detail. Had an issue that took a few days to fix but customer service was very helpful and eventually fixed the issue. Will definitely recommend them every time.
