Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Excellent app! Increased our customer engagement and customers actually love it! The tiered program is a big plus for our customers. The dashboard is very complete and the features are better than similar apps we tried. Also, the support staff has been a delight to work with. Quick, competent and courteous.

We have been using Smile for our rewards system for many years now and have never had any issues. The couple of times we have had questions over the years, the staff at Smile have been very helpful and prompt in responding. Our customers love that they can be rewarded by shopping with us, and cash in points for discounts without needing to wait for a sale.

The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and implement various features that enhance customer experience. Recently, I encountered an issue that I thought might be difficult to resolve, but I was fortunate to receive assistance from Enzo. He went above and beyond to ensure my problem was addressed promptly and effectively. His dedication and support made a significant difference, and I truly appreciate his efforts. I’d recommend this app to anyone looking for an easy to use loyalty program with five star support when needed.

App (also in the free version) is great! You get more or less really great value for nno money at all - hard to find in other apps on the store. Also support team is more than helpfull and has a great feeling for customers and their special needs (especially for small businesses)! I can totaly recoomend the app the the support team! Love it!

We ran into an issue after launching with Smile.io, but Shelby from their support team was absolutely fantastic. She was super friendly and incredibly helpful, quickly jumping in to sort things out for us through live chat. It was such a relief to connect with someone knowledgeable in less than 5 minutes! Although I’m currently only using the free plan, the explanations for each section are clear and easy to understand. I encountered some issues during the setup, but after consulting customer support, they made adjustments for me based on my specific problem. It was really helpful and friendly!
