App is easy to set up and use. I had some queries, but the Smile.io team were quick to respond and very helpful. My only suggestion would be to allow additional orders for the Starter plan for $20 per month, like on the Growth plan and above.

We have been using this app for a few years, the functionality is reliable and my customers love getting rewarded with points that they can use on future purchases. Recently had a question for support and although it wasn't an urgent issue, they responded immediately and thoroughly. Would highly recommend.
