After investigating nearly a dozen different loyalty programs, I settled on a couple to test out, based on stellar reviews. Both had similar features, but in terms of pricing and support, Smile was the clear winner. The team has gone out of its way to be helpful, which is a huge factor when you're running a small business that processes a lot of transactions.

We had nothing but issues with 3 other Loyalty Programs, and are so happy to say that Smile is the only app that ticks every box we need (and what we believe is the absolute fundamental features of a loyalty app to engage customers during purchasing and checkout).
