Just started using the app-- but customer service has been awesome! They immediately replied to my questions and walked me through what I needed to do to make the app work for my shop.

Nice app, and support team is wonderful

We've used Smile for a while and customers appear to enjoy the rewards on offer. However it's their support service which is really great for us - we had questions around how to optimise our programme and we were shown lots of quick, easy ways to surface the programme on site... with no coding required! Perfect! Super helpful team of experts.
