Amazing customer service! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They immediately answered my questions and concerns when I needed them. The program itself is beneficial in maintaining consumers!

I had contacted Smile support months ago, and I was disappointed that the Redeem Points functionality was not available in our checkout. They said they would provide my feedback to the development team. I just received an email out of the blue (from a person, which is even better) that the feature is now functional, and it's already active in our checkout. That is great customer support!

Great app! We have the free version and we are so impressed with everything offered for free! So much customization and the app works flawlessly… I needed customer support and got an email back within minutes and a follow up email when I didn’t respond. Nothing is better than good customer service!

I love the customer service. Erin was responsive and took the time to understand my concern and explain the answers to me in detail and in an understandable way. I really appreciate it. The rewards program has been working well since we started and seems like our VIPs are enjoying it, too :)

I somehow mistakenly uninstalled this app (shame on me because I would NEVER!), but Ezra Alamsyah's expertise and lightning-fast response saved my tush from disaster! We were able to reinstate all of my customers hard earned rewards within seconds and I am beyond grateful!
