Absolutely a game changer for retention, re-engagement, and increasing average order value! Can not speak highly enough about their customer support - any time we've had a question, the team is knowledgeable and quick to respond. They're also highly creative - helping us think differently about the programs we're running, and how to make them even better!

We've been using Smile for a few years and we really like the features and design. Above all, the customer service from Andrea and Hannah have been amazing. I needed some help adjusting something in the admin and Andrea was able to help right away. The Smile team is always helpful and they do their best to solve any issues that we might have. Great job, guys!

I just downloaded the app and I couldn't find the dashboard. I opened a chat with support and Lynn was amazing. The agent was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I will definitely suggest this app to others.

This app is pretty user friendly and the customer service is fantastic! We added this app to two of our shopify stores now and we already have customers signing up and eager to earn.

I run the Smile app on both my boutique and nail stores. It's a great loyalty program to have to build a solid returning customer base! Andreandana and Brandon were super helpful when I had to pause my one store for a while and relaunch the Smile app.

To be honest and transparent, this app exceeded our expectations! It did everything we needed and more. While it can get a bit pricey, I believe that's a subjective consideration. The staff is fantastic—always helpful, and Lisa is an absolute gem to work with.
