I like this rewards programm very much, the costumer support was always very helpful. The free plan has already a lot to offer! The only thing I miss is that there can not be a individually customized and tracked referral discount code, only the option with a referral link. They already explained to me why it's not possible with the code, but I still think it would be a good option.

We are glad that you are getting a lot of value out of the Free Plan, and our support is always helpful :) We take merchant requests very seriously, so we appreciate your feedback about the referral links. Unfortunately, giving out referral discount codes rather than referral links, would leave your store vulnerable to referral fraud and self referrals, since discount codes can be shared. The other good thing about the links, is that it they bring customers to your website directly, which increases referral conversion, since it places shoppers right where they can order! With a discount code, this wouldn't happen. It relies on your customers to also share the website properly, which doesn't always happen. I've reached out to you personally to offer a call where we can go over some ways to make referrals even easier for your customers, and hear any additional feedback you may have.
Nicole helped me when I ran into and issue I could not resolve in my own, she was quick to send me a video on how to solve my issue.

Good value for money and support have been very responsive to my questions and have created mini-video tutorials for specific issues. The functionality is B2C focussed and we run a B2B business, hence I'm not able to give 5 stars as some configuration options that would be useful aren't currently available.

Still new to using this app but I had an issue and the customer service was helpful (although not available on the weekend, so had to wait until Monday morning)

Generally the app functionality is good. Only a small percentage of customers actually sign up for Rewards and use it for discounts. One thing I don't like is that in the Discounts section in Shopify, it populates all of the generated discount codes. I wish there was a way to avoid that. Customer service is superb! Nicole helped me with some button display issues, and she was very responsive and informative. Thank you!

Fast and pleasant assistance. From a technical point of view, it's too bad that it's not yet possible to apply a minimum order value to use loyalty discounts on shopify POS orders.

Initially the app was not getting properly installed, we were getting an error msg. Requested for tech support and received timely help. It was due to Smile's bad server on that day causing the issue. We reinstalled and its working fine. Thanks !

It's nice I just wish it gave us the option to make a separate page with all of the ways to earn and redeem like in the popup.

The app is great. Easy and simple to use! Customer Service is always kind as well. My only wish is that we could have a rewards page in lieu of the pop-up :)

It's great to use, and easy integrate with Shopify POS. However, since we just transferred the POS system from another system to Shopify. The customers who were transferred became guests on the app, so they can't redeem the points they earned in the old system until they make the first purchase with Shopify POS OR create an online account before making any purchase. *The team is working on this issue. Overall, it's still a great app to use, and the customer service was professional and patient.

First payment tiers are well worth the price. This would be a five star review if I didn't have to get pushed into paying $500/month just to access the API integration. Otherwise this is the best app on the market.

While the reports available in-app are a bit basic, (-1 star) I was able to get the data we wanted from Jade on the support team. We were looking to asses cumulative point earning & redemption by customer (and tier group) which we were able to compile based on the exports she sent us. Thanks again for the help Jade!!

The smile app isn't the most robust, but it's great for the price point. The biggest hang-ups are the lack of customization, but their customer service is quick, helpful, and insightful. Josh has been fantastic at helping when needed.
