Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Customer service has been exceptional, superb service, and from past months, lots of improvement have been seen. We just loved the overall constant changes and improving ui design.

I needed a bit of extra help getting Smile back up and running after migrating from BigCommerce to Shopify. I received the best service I've ever experienced from an app's team! High quality instruction, prompt attention, and really friendly folks. My thanks to Hannah, Joana, Shelby, and Lynn!

We've been using Smile for years, and it just gets better and better. I recently had an issue with customer logins after we switched to Shopify's new customer accounts, and a Smile rep, Shelby, responded quickly and explained how to fix it. She followed up later in the day to make sure the problem was resolved, which I really appreciated.
