There was an issue with the integration because of my theme - NOT because of the Smile app and they dug deep and fixed it for me! Great customer service!

It is an amazing rewards programs and my customers love and I love the fast and quick response whenever I run into any issues. Smile customer service is amazing

We've been using Smile for about 3 years now and haven't had any major issues. It's fairly easy to use and tech support is always quick to respond if we ever have any questions.

Very happy with the outstanding customer service I receive every time I have an issue. Cole, Erin and the others at Smile are always very prompt in getting back to me and answering my questions.

The app is very easy to set up and great to use though I do think a couple items like VIP and expiry points should be offered in starter as well, overall itโs great. The support staff - even better! Thanks Lynn

Customer service always there to help . CS is very knowledgeable and actually help . Smile has been easy to setup and We are excited at introducing the program to our customers.

The app is great, and has pleasant automation templates with a great responsive team from both the billing and implementation support. Unlike other similar apps which looks more bare-bone and had to do more manual customisations. Just unfortunate there's only simplified chinese and no traditional chinese support, and there are certain fields which just can't be manually overwritten.

It would be more convenient if the interface had the ability to switch languages. Right now, I'm unable to find the language switch option.

We've had a fantastic experience setting up our loyalty program with Smile. The platform is user-friendly and offers a variety of customization options to suit our needs.
