The support is excellent. I spoke with Lynn and she was extremely helpful. Overall very good app for customer loyalty which will drive more sales on Shopify stores.

Just started using this app. So far it is working as described. Had one technical issue but it was addressed and resolved fairly quickly thanks to Ezra.

Had great customer service from Shelby at Smile.Io recently! She has been able to provide a report that is currently unable to be accessed from the main analytics page and has it scheduled to update me on a later date. Incredibly helpful!

So far so good! The Customer Service has been so helpful with questions as I get set up. My customers are excited and earning and leaving reviews already! Edited 12/5: Customer Service continues to impress! Shelby went above and beyond for a small issue I was having and fixed it for me in just a few minutes!

Happy Lucky’s loose leaf tea is both brick & mortar and online. What drew me to you all back in 2019, when we set up with Shopify, was Smile was the only loyalty program that worked and facilitated customers to earn and redeem via both channels.
