Erin was a great help with very clear instructions. I kept looking in my email however for a response. I did not realize it would come in the app as well. Maybe a good idea would be to send it to both! Thanks!

I had a problem with my account, and I was transferred to Ezra Alamsyah to help me fix it. He was incredibly helpful in solving the issue I was facing and took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly. Ezra even followed up every day to keep me updated on the progress, let me know the problem was fixed, make sure it didn’t resurface, and check if I had any other questions or concerns—truly going above and beyond.
