Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

I had contacted Smile support months ago, and I was disappointed that the Redeem Points functionality was not available in our checkout. They said they would provide my feedback to the development team. I just received an email out of the blue (from a person, which is even better) that the feature is now functional, and it's already active in our checkout. That is great customer support!

Great app! We have the free version and we are so impressed with everything offered for free! So much customization and the app works flawlessly… I needed customer support and got an email back within minutes and a follow up email when I didn’t respond. Nothing is better than good customer service!

I somehow mistakenly uninstalled this app (shame on me because I would NEVER!), but Ezra Alamsyah's expertise and lightning-fast response saved my tush from disaster! We were able to reinstate all of my customers hard earned rewards within seconds and I am beyond grateful!
