Excellent app, integration with Shopify is easy and thorough. Has a positive effect on sales and retention. Direct integration with the new-style checkout is a boost for conversion. I had contacted Smile support months ago, and I was disappointed that the Redeem Points functionality was not available in our checkout. They said they would provide my feedback to the development team. I just received an email out of the blue (from a person, which is even better) that the feature is now functional, and it's already active in our checkout. That is great customer support!

Great app! We have the free version and we are so impressed with everything offered for free! So much customization and the app works flawlessly… I needed customer support and got an email back within minutes and a follow up email when I didn’t respond. Nothing is better than good customer service!
