Amazing experience with a very thorough onboarding. We've been Smile customers previously with another store but we are still amazed by the level of service offered by Joana, Jade, Andreana, Angie, Maggie and Lisa. Excellent documentation, easy to set up and customize. Support is responsive and helpful. New features released fairly often. Much more affordable than some of their competitors for more features. Easily integrates with most major marketing and reviews software.

There are some things when setting up the program that may not be as straight forward as they seem. I am thankful for the step by step help on the backend.

Extremely satisfied with the customer service and speed of conversation. The demo was excellent, and our rep (Cole) was knowledgeable in the app and general Shopify information, which was especially helpful for our team, as we don't have technical staff on board. Excited to kick this program off for our customers.
