**Update** Smile.io reached out and resolved the issue via email. Turns out strict tracking settings prevent access to their app via Shopify. Anyone else experiencing issues, try 'balanced' as an initial fix. They resolved this issue in 2 days via me leaving a review on the Shopify App Store. I couldn't ask for support through the app due to not having access. 'W' for their support team. ********************* Currently doesn't work with Microsoft Edge. I'm unable to access the app within my Shopify Interface. Aside from that, the app has been good. Please fix!

I have been using the app for a months now on the free plan and so far it has everything that I need. I had a small issue with locating where to customize some settings (there could be a few tiny tweaks to the UI to help with this), however my support rep was extremely helpful and very quickly provided a solution. The support I received alone is a great reason to carry on with this app. Looking forward to building out more with Smile.io.

Very impressed with this app. Extremely clean and indepth UI. Integrates very easily. Looks highly professional. Best part: The support staff are probably the best I've deal with in 3+ years of using Shopify daily and working with numerous apps.

We've been using Smile.io for a while and have upgraded over time. The features are very useful and the loyalty programme definitely increases our customer retention and sales. The customer service is fast and knowledgeable!

Ezra responded quickly, listened, and solved the problem with a pragmatic offer to add a complimentary Klaviyo integration slot. He shared clear guidelines, set expectations, and even said he’d advocate internally on pricing —precisely the kind of ownership and empathy you hope for in support. Implementation has been smooth, and we can now encourage our customers to focus on loyalty-led value rather than one-off discounts. Smile.io went from “nice idea” to a genuine partner because of Ezra’s help—five stars from The T-Shirt Bakery.
