The onboarding has been quick and easy, with plenty of communication for Brandon and the team at Smile.io. We are using the points for donations, rather than a discount and with the teams help we have been able to adapt the program to our needs and are happy with the results so far. The app has worked flawlessly for me since it was installed. I had a bit of a self-inflicted hiccup on store migration, but I contact customer services and Brandon was quick on the case with an export of additional data that I needed to make my life a little easier.

i like it and i want t use your upgraded plan but i cant afford it. if only there was a less expensive option that allowed all the benefits the free version doesnt have id be down.

Lynn, is very knowledgeable, quick to respond and solve the problem I was having with my Smile reward program. It took her no time to provide guidance instructions that was easy to follow. I was very pleased with the help I received. Thank you!

Support is very quick and effective. My customers love the app and use it a lot. I only wish some features would be available for a lower tier, or be able to buy them separately as I'm not able to justify the jump to a higher one yet price wise.
