After using various reward apps for years I always struggled to find an easy way to set up my program and user interfaces were always confusing. Smile made it easy to set up my store within minutes and start building lifetime value for my clients.

Very easy to get set up and running, and start to see customers engage. The most important piece of any app is the support behind it, and the Smile team is super responsive, friendly and knowledgable about how to implement and apply best practices so it works from a technical perspective and performs for the business. We have used Smile for ages now, its a good app and customers love it. We use it instore and online with great success. Customer support is always speedy and great!

Smile has excellent customer support - the team there, especially Brandon and Hannah were instrumental in helping us make the switch from BigCommerce over to Shopify - they are super knowledgable and friendly - Highly Recommend

We have been using the app for a few years, and have not had any problem. It has all the functions needed for a points royalty program. Added 2025/6/11 -- The support is very quick and helpful. We have asked for an additional function of free gifts and they have listened to us! We are quite happy using Smile.io

Unable to customize what you want to earn point by customer. After several enquiries, they only provide you an unfeasible solutions, and do not want to optimize the common features. Mar 1, 2024 updates. Offered an acceptable alternative to show product page pts.
