Cole from support really help me solve my issue

2-3 weeks ago, I reached out to Smile by email, explaining again the problem we were having as we reached the point where we needed to upgrade to $199USD/month because of the number of orders we process per month. I had previously shared with Lisa, the COO that we love Smile, but because as a bakery most orders are small, we could not justify paying $199US /month just because we have over 2000 small orders per month as some of our orders are 3.99 and with the incentive we give as well to our clients it was not reasonable for us. The app should not be based on amount of orders as it is discriminating when you do lots of small orders. Andrea, reached out to me with a promotion of 50% for a starter plan to allow us to pay only $24.50 USD instead of $49 USD. Thank you Andrea for your help!

This app has been great! Had a small issue with the widget not showing on our site due to some other app code blocking it and Cole was able to fix the issue quickly! Also Lynn was very helpful and so quick about fixing something with our billing!

I had a customer who was having trouble redeeming a coupon using points, and I worked with Hannah, the app's support manager, to resolve the issue. She was an amazing manager. She listened to my repeated inquiries and quickly came up with alternatives. Thanks to her, I was able to get it resolved. I would definitely recommend this app to others.
