The team at Smile is what made this app worth it, 100%. As a Web Designer, we all run into some bumps in the road. The communication was very easy and reassuring because you were talking to an actual person on the other side. It took a team to figure out the issue (Angie, Ezra, and Cole - you guys rock!) It was resolved and I was able to deliver the great news to my client - letting her know her site is good to go and seamless!

Lynn was very helpful! I am just getting started with the app and she was able to help me get started on the right foot! Had a huge ooopsie on my part and Smile chat support went above and beyond to get me out of the situation. This wasn’t the first time they’ve helped me out of a goof either. Having a good rewards program requires attention to detail and analysis. They’ve been there every step of the way.
