I didn't want to upgrade my plan but needed to change a feature so Joana offered me a free month on the upgraded plan to help with my needs. Great customer service!

Lynn who was very attentive with my reboot of Smile.io not working with my Shopify was the best more attentive help. She responded practically in real-time. I would like to deal with her again in the future. She was that helpful and responsive. Thanks, Ray

Love this app. For a long time, we went without a reward program because, in our search for a rewards partner, all the options were either too expensive or too complicated. Smile is neither, not only is it easy to set up the the user interface is so intuitive that it makes using the app a breeze. The cost is definitely in line with what we would expect to pay for such a great app. Oh and support, phenomenal. I didn't need them for setup and configuration because things just worked. I only had to reach out to them for a workflow question to which they replied super fast. Highly recommend this app.
