I use this app to help me build customer loyalty. The system integrates easily and functions well. Using the free plan is enough to get the job done and well.

My only complaint about this app is that installing it significantly slowed down the load speed of my site - Google's page speed testing tool ranks my site as slow, and the majority of that time they attribute to loading Smile. Maybe if it was set up to load asynchronously it would help? If the load time issues could be resolved this app would be near-perfect.

Great app, launching your loyalty program its very quick, easy, and functional, but just works in English no other language so far.

I would like to use this app but I would like to know if I can change de lenguage to spanish and if the rewards points can be change for mexican pesos, thanks!

Started using this when it first came out. It worked very well. But then without warning, the "free" features all became payable without prior warning.And it's not clear on the site what is under the free ways to reward. If something this drastic needs to happen for commercial reasons, there should be a way to "grandfather" existing clients or a proper communication protocol. Updated: The team managed to resolve this glitch and reinstate what we originally signed up for. Great follow up!

It's a really good app and works very well. Installation was very simple and setting it up was easy. The only reason I have not rated 5 stars is that it would be nice to be able to add on say other features you need when on a lower tier. For example, we would really like VIP rewards but we are on the Starter package. For us $599 a month is simply out of reach at the moment but we would be willing to pay for the feature.

I really like the app, the design and the functionality so far. My only bug bear is the lack of a support for a physical gift / membership card. We desperately want to be able to give our VIP customers membership cards to make them feel special!

This app was really easy to set up and use! My only gripe is the cost of the premium content. Going from Free to $50 seems incredibly steep and out of reach for many small businesses. They need to have some sort of $10-20 option for a middle-ground.

This is a great loyalty scheme. Set-up is very simple and well thought out and you can be live with a very nice looking program within 30 mins. It's also a good value app. Great support from the team too. Thanks!

Super easy to set up and syncs really well! Do wish we could add more of our own REWARD points in the free version. Happy so far!

I use this app for my customers to obtain points for loyalty and also for the referral incentive. It has been awesome. The only thing I dislike is that a lot of customers have internet explorer and when using that browser, they are unable to sign up by opening the rewards icon on our home page.

Simple to set-up and get going with minimal effort. Program set-up is quite flexible and you can pick and play with different options depending on what you want in your program (Only Referral, Rewards or combination) even in the Free version. An important improvement would be to able to send people a link to the rewards launcher/program page. Right now (as much as I can tell), the only way to tell people about the program is to tell them to go to the home page and click on the launcher instead of being able to send them a link which would be a lot more useful.

I would enjoy this app more if there was a few additions. Balances should print on the receipt. Before a new transaction there should be a prompt to add the customer to the sale on shopify POS to prevent staff from forgetting.

Best rewards App here. Roel Villahermosa from the Tec-Support and Shaun are doing an awesome job. Thanks guys for all the help :) -1 Star because I really don't get why there is still no multi-language feature (even shopify built this now for a year) and no options to change text, behaviour or anything of nudges, no statistic for guest referral nudges etc. We could do better and more if we had more options here.
