Love this app. For a long time, we went without a reward program because, in our search for a rewards partner, all the options were either too expensive or too complicated. Smile is neither, not only is it easy to set up the the user interface is so intuitive that it makes using the app a breeze. The cost is definitely in line with what we would expect to pay for such a great app. Oh and support, phenomenal. I didn't need them for setup and configuration because things just worked. I only had to reach out to them for a workflow question to which they replied super fast. Highly recommend this app.

We have used this app from the beginning. It is very good. The customer service support is excellent. Jade helped me in particular and got several things solved with great patience. I do wish we could customize fonts in the emails and messaging so that it would look completely branded. I hear they are working on that.
