Really easy to use, and support is always really helpful. Just had a BFCM Prep call with Mackenzie Crary, and she was absolutely amazing - some fantastic ideas, well done!

I have been loving Smile and found customers have become more incentivized to purchase for reward points. I recently had a call with Mackenzie from the Smile team to go over some BFCM strategies, and it made me love Smile even more! Great program, great people. Highly recommend!

So far Smile.io is great! They have very thorough tutorials, customer service is top notch and I love the flexibility of the app. They even helped me develop a plan that works best for my in-person retail shop. Would highly recommend!

Early stages of using this app, but so far it seems really intuitive with great functionality. Customer service experience has also been amazing, especially with helping me to set up the referral program. Excited to use it further!

I'm just starting with the app, and the customer service - even for customers on the free plan - is outstanding. Jade answered my multiple questions with clarity and understanding...and humor! I'm looking forward to testing out the app and seeing results, particularly with regards to a referral program. Keep up the great work!

The Smile Team has provided great help through their chat system. It does take a while for a team member to respond, but it is great that the chat is always active so you can jump back into conversation at any time. Their YouTube channel has been helpful as well! One challenge I have been met with through this app is that it requires an email in order for customers to redeem points. No complaints, just something to get used to. So far so good with the free option!
