I have used Smile for several years and have been very satisfied. I recently had a billing concern and contacted customer service. I was extremely satisfied with the resolution to my concern, including the professional customer service received.

Smile rewards has opened up an added layer of engagement in my shop which has allowed me to grow my businesses in a fiscally more responsible way. The level of customization, even at a low tier level is also pretty unparalleled to other applications I have tried out. Oh, and their customer service is *chef's kiss*
