The app is great for loyalty points and rewards. It works great with our POS setup. Needs a few feature enhancements like being able to use multiples of a discount amount for the POS instead of having to create multiple redemption rules (like currently you can only do $3 off, $6 off, $9 off instead of just a single $3 off and then automatically showing the option for its multiples). Great app otherwise and has features like VIP tiers, being able to exclude certain customers, adjusting points etc.

Smile.io has helped us establish our custom rewards program and grow our returning customer base. for the past several years. Our customers enjoy using this platform and have grown to know and trust our program. The support team is always helpful and quickly helps us resolve any issues. Would recommend to other companies and brands!

I am immensely grateful for the exceptional service provided by the Smile.io team. Their assistance in handling my requests for downloading and sending information from the points transactions on a weekly basis was truly remarkable. The promptness of Eza, Joana, Maggie, Lynn, Andreandana, and others in sending the points and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information was highly commendable.
