Nicole was super helpful and friendly with helping us get our Smile Program set up and even helped make some web changes so it was more user friendly. Impressed with the fast and timely communication I received along with Nicole's suggestions on points to redeem based on our margins. Thank you!

We have used Smile for the last few years and have found it an intuitive rewards platform - some of the features are a little basic in comparison to other rewards platforms however overall is great value for money. I had a meeting with Hannah on optimising our program and was happy with her attentiveness and suggestions. Thank you Hannah.

I'm new but everything has been great so far. I did my research for about a week before i signed up. Compared to the competition Smile was the better choice. The customer service is great. Fast and helpful.

The app is great, as of now using the free plan. Whenever I have questions I go to the support. Jade was really helpful and quick to answer my questions.
