Extremely happy with the smile program. Tons of features and controls to customize the program to fit our brand. It is very easy to figure out how to setup everything the way we want it. Support is always a chat away and very quick to respond.

So far every time we contact customer service for questions, the agents have been super helpful. Jade was the most recent agent who helped, she was able to look into a customers account and help us give them their points back. The help is always prompt, and easy to understand. Adding that each time we have reached out to customer service they have been extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. And it has been quick to get in touch with someone which is very helpful. Recently Shelby has been helping us out a bunch.

I've been using Smile for a while now and really loved how easy it was to implement. I needed to speak to support today about an issue I was having that I thought was on their end. The error I was getting was not directly related to the app, but support was wonderful in helping me troubleshoot. They were also very quick to respond.

I've been super happy with this app. It has all the features you'd expect, and the support is outstanding. They are always quick to respond to my chat inquiries, and have always been 100% helpful in resolving my questions. I highly recommend!

Facile d'utilisation. Possitibilité d'ajuster les couleurs, les icons etc... Permet d'ajouter un plus pour la fidélisation des clients (points à l'achat ou parrainage). J'ai posé une question sur leur chat, j'ai obtenu une réponse de JADE très rapidement. Donc je recommende cette appli.

I've only just started using Smile but so far I am LOVING IT. It was so easy to set up and the customer support has been PHENOMENAL. Joana on the support team has been especially helpful. I highly recommend Smile.

So far the integration with my website has been smooth, although I am still in the testing stages and haven't gone live but I like what I have seen already, the only draw back will be the point system and cos of this I don't think I might be able to launch with it, the issue is, it is only the point(s) earned that is variable but the currency isn't variable so for example you can only edit ($1 = 1 point, 2 points, 10 points or 50 points etc) but what I really want to set up is ($10 = 1 point) that doesn't seem possible from what I have seen. Update: I was able to sort this out via redemption (10 points will redeem $1), thanks a lot Nicole for reaching out.
