This rating is reflective of my customer service experience. Lord R was very quick to respond to my feature requests and responded in a very positive and professional manner. While the features I was requesting are currently not possible to implement, Lord was appreciative of the feedback in order for email platform to improve. Lord gave me some suggestions to try in the meantime, which were helpful and competent given the current limitations of the platform. If I ever have any future requests, I hope Lord is the one to help me out.

Sono stato assistito da Jeffrey T. per un problema legato ad un testo che compariva nella politica sulla privacy visibile esclusivamente se visionata dalla homepage (dalle impostazioni non compariva). MI ha assistito per almeno un'ora (probabilmente anche una e mezza) perché si trattava di una questione complicata ma è riuscito a risolverla. Mi ha aiutato anche per quanto riguarda un problema più easy, rimanendo gentile e professionale il 100% del tempo. Davvero un servizio di assistenza perfetto!

I was new to setting up the app and got stuck with the verification process which was after 1am. Rosen was such a big help and walked me through the entire process. I would definitely recommend this app.
