This app is great but very confusing. I decided to chat with customer service and Lord helped me out. He was extremely helpful, quick, and kind! I really appreciate working with him and hope to get him if I run into problems in the future!

At first the application may seem difficult, but in reality with the help of the always helpful and friendly operators, they solve any problem within minutes (my operator QUIN) was really kind and helpful, she solved all the problems I was experiencing

Absolute worst customer service! We added the app to our store but have some basic general questions. We have scheduled several meetings, all of which get changed to different times. Every customer service representative so far has only wanted to sell us something. They can not answer any questions at all. They keep creating a "support ticket" for another meeting and then that person can't answer anything and has to create another "support ticket'. In the meeting we just had, the customer service rep was 17 minutes late and you guessed it- couldn't answer anything. We are not asking in depth questions. We just want to know how some features work and help with setting up our account. I even tried to use the live chat and all it wanted to do was sell me stuff. couldn't answer one single question!

Customer services was very helpful when trying to verify our phones. Aleksander gave us all the instructions on what to do and it was fast. So far it seems like a good app we will have to see if it turns out to work good for our company. Will review again in a month or two.

Et selskap som lurer sine kunder med priser som ikke stemmer. i sine sider så sier de at SMS til Norge vil koste ca. 0,0105 men i realiteten så tar dem nesten 4$ pr SMS Lureri

wow this guy doesn't sleep.. am new to SMS bump and trust me when I say I work late I mean asking for support at 12am and within 30sec there are already attending to you and very patient... today I get to work with Djan he or she is amazing. thanks for all you do mostly to people that are not too tech-savvy you make reaching out to yall very easy.
