When I had a question about how to use SMS popups, Keano was very helpful and showed me how to do it right away! Gen was also very kind and helped me to understand how to use discounts. SMS Bump includes great features, including popups, abandoned cart protectors, post checkout upsells and much more! I recommend it!

My campaign wouldn't send. This was after I had to deposit money to send them. My account balance showed I was charged, couldn't find analytics or metrics on the campaign anywhere. Finally reached out to support and was told it didn't send. Now I have to wait and hope my deposit is refunded.

Awesome app. And the Customer Support is great too. This guy Aleksandar helped me to set up everything.
