UPDATE FOLLLOWING MY FIRST REVIEW : Spoke to Ronnel , another member of SMS BUMP and he was very quick and fast solving my problem again. I definitely needed help and he delivered. Thanks for the staff's kindness.

The process of setting up SMS Marketing has been a breeze. Lord, the support agent, was really helpful and made the process seem less stressful. It does take some getting used to and a small learning curve to learn how to set up campaigns. I will definitely recommend to others. ('PL') ;)

Love the app. Had a Pop-up design issue and Keano was super helpful and the issue was resolved in a fraction of the time that it would have taken me to figure it out.
