I have been using this app for a while now and I think I can leave a meaningful review. Yotpo is a fantastic Shopify app for sending SMS to customers, but also email. It's easy to use and highly effective in reaching customers on their mobile phones where they are most active. I also like thend powerful analytics to track your results. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify, making it easy to set up and use. The customer support team is also very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns. Overall, Yotpo is a top-notch SMS app that can help boost your store's engagement and sales. Highly recommended!

If you are running a new website and this APP is not going to work, you will be told the site was 'Not verified' without a sign just through customer support when I ask why it can not receive any emails from the pop-up, and it happened after you settle down everything! I wouldn't have been so upset if you had told me before I started setting up those campaigns.

Very quick and helpful with chat responses. I have had to use the chat a few times since signing up in December 2022, as this is a new service to my business. Every encounter has been pleasant.
