As a new SMSBump user, this review is mainly intended to praise the clear structure of the App's features and how they work and most importantly to thank the absolutely spot on customer service in the 24/7 chat. Today I was assisted by Iven with clear guidelines and quick responses, I've rarely been assisted with such high standards. Note: I suggest adding a file-attachment feature at the bottom of the chat so that we can send multiple screenshots all at once and not have to receive permission to add one file at a time. My account was temporarily blocked from sending emails. I used the chat function on the website and Gen had all my problems resolved in a matter of less than 5 minutes.

I still have not been successful at setting everything up properly, but I can say that I am very pleased with the customer service department for this app. Fhoel was right by my side helping me to troubleshoot my issues and even continued troubleshooting when I had to step away from my computer.

Very good application we improve the application and add new functions. The after-sales service is just top, really reactive and really explicit "especially with Alex;)" ( good application for the price you have 10k mails free, i put 4 stars for the steps for validations is little complicate ^^ ) its my last feedback in december 2022

Gen was great with assisting me with what I needed to make sure I was properly set up to use the service. The responses from her have been very prompt which is a plus for me! So far the set up has been easy and straightforward and will be seeing how the app performs for me when my store is launched.
