From creating automated workflows to crafting engaging campaigns, SMSBump's interface is intuitive and accessible. However, what truly exceeded my expectations was the level of customer service provided by SMSBump. Whenever I encountered a question or needed assistance, their customer service team was readily available and consistently demonstrated a commitment to resolving my queries promptly. Honestly it's a little confusing and making updates is glitchy because apparently their system needs some cool off time after a recent update. Thank God for their (Yotpo) live chat customer support. Princess (PL) was so helpful and so was AJ T! And I mean helpful helpful. If the support service remains this good then I will continue to use the service. They do have lots of features and integrations
