They are very helpful in getting set up and changed over to their system. Most are done with chat, and that's all it takes. I am happy with the product so far on day 3.

I was asking for account validation and it was super fast. Then i was speaking with Reige who was very kindly, fast and in 5 min he already validated my account.

Just started and everything is working great. The help/customer service is outstanding. Regie got me up and running in just a few minutes. Highly recommended!

The app seems to be working great so far. I have only had it for about a week now but it seems pretty great. Customer Support is amazing!! AJ helped me get it all set up the way I wanted and was very patient with me and super helpful.

excellent customer chat support , the representative "Regie" gave me a quick solution to all of my queries and instructed me through instant Highlighted screenshots of how it needed to be done . i didn't have to wait in queues or wait for late replies like it happens in most of the free apps ! and about the app : im a new user to shopify and it looks like a whole new level of sms and email marketing opportunities opening up to me , sms charges are reasonable and templates and workflows are predefined and editable ,, although i did face some issues while editing the text in the flow templates with a slight inconvinience tbh ! but im sure their team will sort it out . Thankyou sms bump
